  1. TWO WAYS TO ENTER:

    1. GET AN IN STORE CODE: Beginning 12:00:01 am (ET) on 12/1/2013 through 11:59:59 pm (ET) on 12/31/2013, each time you make a purchase that includes a Procter & Gamble product at a participating Rite Aid store in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia using your Rite Aid Wellness+ Card, you will automatically receive one (1) Official Entry Code (“Code”) printed on your register receipt. To enter the P&G Placid Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), visit pgsweeps.com/placid and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the Code located on your register receipt. Limit three online entry attempts per Code. Once the Code has been entered and verified, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online Official Entry Form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm (ET) on 12/31/2013. Limit one entry per Official Entry Code. Not responsible for damaged, incomplete, illegible Official Entry Codes or for electronic, network or computer/scanner failures or malfunctions, cards scanned incorrectly, or other technical errors of any kind.

    2. VIA MAIL: To enter the Sweepstakes without making a qualifying purchase, on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your first and last name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip, date of birth (mm/yyyy), e-mail address plus daytime and evening telephone numbers including area code. Mail your entry in an envelope no larger than #10 (business-size envelope) with sufficient postage affixed, to: P&G Lake Placid Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 5634, Blair, NE 68009-5634. Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 12/31/2013 and received by 1/8/2014. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, Rite Aid, The Integer Group, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies (collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law.

  3. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 1/10/2014 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

  4. PRIZES: (2) Grand Prizes – A trip for winner and three guests to the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport near winner’s home, 6 nights hotel accommodations (1 room/quad occupancy), guided tours to Sponsor-specified attractions within the Olympic Training Center, a “Spa Day” including three spa treatments per person, a one-hour ski lesson for four, 1-day lift tickets at Whiteface Mountain for four, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel in destination city and $1,300 for winner (awarded in the form of a check payable to the winner). (Approximate Retail Value: $15,525 per prize). Winners and guests must travel on same itinerary anytime during the 2015 calendar year. Winners and guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to additional meals, additional transportation, souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents. Actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return. Limit one prize per person.

    If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to Lake Placid, NY, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Guided tours are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by tour venue. Winners and guests must comply with all tour venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of a tour or issues arising from venue operation and management. In the event a tour is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof but the remainder of the trip will be awarded. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize.

  5. GENERAL RULES: Potential winners (and parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 5 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be notified by mail/phone/e-mail on or about 1/16/2014. Traveling companions (and parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor in his/her state of residence) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 5 days of winner’s attempted notification. If winner is a minor, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as one of the winner’s guests. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who will count as one of the winner’s guests. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay, and all prize-related events) by minor’s parent or legal guardian. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by the Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Once travel guests are selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Any Code that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, was not obtained legitimately, was distributed where prohibited by law is null and void. Official Entry Codes may not be transferred or sold. Only Official Entry Codes obtained via Rule #1A shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately. In the event of a printing error or irregular Entry Code, neither Procter & Gamble, Rite Aid, nor their respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. Entrants/winners (and parent/legal guardian if entrant/winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, including any travel related thereto, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

    NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for all remaining prizes will be conducted from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online registration form. Any damage made to the Web Site by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) may be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

  6. GOVERNING LAW: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
